FRET follows Quinn, a quiet musician, deciding to finally take their craft seriously by creating an album. Encouraged by their sister and roommate, CC, Quinn is pushed to share their music beyond the safety of their own space. As their commitment deepens, the pressure intensifies when offered the chance to perform at a local bar, all while barely holding themselves up to the expectations of their world and themselves.
